Turns out that TTK official release is 12am eastern. Living on the westcoast this means my Gamestop is letting customers pick up their pre-orders at 9:01pm TONIGHT! While I am pretty sure the content won't be available until 2am my time when the servers reset, I get to look at the journal, weapon schematics, Sleeper Stimulant poster (complete with part location clues on the back) before I go to bed tonight. Then first thing tomorrow morning, The Grind Begins...uh,...again!
